As 2024 comes to a close, looking back at the year - I had a pretty good one!
I exhibited in 4 gallery shows and have been accepted into 2 overseas for 2025. I won several contests and received honourable mention in others. I spoke to a camera club and at a photography conference in front of many of my peers. I spoke on a nationwide podcast. I taught my first photography class and although low-key, confirmed it is something I want to continue doing. I was mentored along with 2 other women by Lee Nordbye Photography and finally, I’m partnering with another photographer to offer something special coming in summer 2025!
It’s time to give back.
In 2025 I will be offering a free one-year virtual mentorship to 2 photographers. If we are close enough to each other to make it work to get together physically that’s a bonus!
My strongest genre is nature photography, however, I am interested in others. If you feel you can learn something from me - please apply! More details will be provided to those who are chosen.
The deadline to submit is December 29th, 2024. Mentees are to be announced on January 1st.
