About
My name is Tracey Halladay. I am a photographer based in the Southeast Rockies of British Columbia, Canada. My creativity and photography are a conduit for emotion, connection and passion - because life truly is a gift.
After 4 years of dialysis and declining health, I had accepted that I was not going to live to do all the things I had put off. Thankfully, a month later I was given a second chance at life from a kidney transplant.
As I was recovering, I saw the world differently. I wanted to share with the world what I am now able to understand and absorb as I roam through the mountains, forests and meadows of this beautiful world.
By sharing the natural beauty and mystery of the wild places and faces surrounding me, I encourage people to be mindful, curious and compassionate towards themselves, others, this Earth and all of its creatures
Things I'm proud of:
